How does Cellular loT Connectivity work?: Cellular loT Connectivity works by leveraging existing cellular networks (such as 2G, 3G 4G etc) to connect loT devices to the internet. Devices use SIM cards or embedded SIMs to access the network, send and receive data and commands.

How can I prevent theft and recover lost vehicles?: Our loT enables GPS tracking,remote locking, and motion-based alerts. You'll be notified immediately when somebody is messing with your locked vehicle - and can take action before it's too late.

Can I integrate Your device with my existing software platform?: Absolutely.Our open APIs and SDKs make it easy to connect your existing fleet management system or use any software provider.

What if a rider has an issue with the app or vehicle?: Riders can report issues and submit support tickets with photos, directly from the app. Operators receive these tickets via the backend dashboard and can respond accordingly.
